Alberto joined Viola Credit’s Israel office in January 2025, bringing over seven years of experience in financial services, covering equity, debt, and M&A. He focuses on evaluating investment opportunities across Viola’s private credit strategies.
Alex joined Viola Credit in 2019 as Chief Risk Officer. He has over 12 years of experience providing financial management, economic consulting, and assurance and risk management services to financial institutions.
He holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy a B.A in Accounting and Economics, from Tel Aviv University.
Bookkeeper
Dor joined Viola Credit in 2022. Dor is responsible for developing and maintaining the funds internal systems, which analyze and monitor transaction performances throughout the investment lifecycle, including developing algorithms and predictions regarding investments.
Prior to Viola Credit, Dor served in Unit 8200 in the Intelligence Corps. He then received his BSc. in Data Science & Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, and worked for a Cybersecurity company as a Data Engineer.
Elad holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA (concentration in Finance) from Tel Aviv University. Elad is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
Elya joined Viola Credit in 2023 as a Risk Manager. He is responsible for assessing financial and operational risks and implementing fund strategies to manage them. Elya actively collaborates with the investment team to support transaction structuring and encourages a culture where risk is well understood.
Elya holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and an MSc in Technology and Information Systems from Tel Aviv University.
Eran joined Viola Credit in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer.
He brings 10 years of experience in finance, tax, and audit to the fund and his finance team.
His responsibilities include managing the fund planning, monitoring, forecasting, cash management, portfolio valuations, financial and tax reporting to investors and all other financial aspects of the fund. He is also involved in fund formation and deal structuring.
Eva joined Viola Credit in January 2025 after working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in London, where she advised on high-impact transactions in the energy sector. She supports the investment lifecycle, with a focus on risk management and strategic decision-making.
Administrative Assitant
Ido is a General Partner at Viola Credit and an active investment member, credit committee member and portfolio manager in the fund. He joined Viola in 2013 with over 10 years of credit, financial and investment experience.
Ido is primarily responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing and managing private debt investments across Viola Credit’s multi-strategy private debt businesses, and he also serves as a board observer in several of the fund’s active portfolio companies.
Ido’s main areas of investment include financial technology/financial services, Software Enterprise, Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS and Big Data. He focuses on growth debt to technology companies, alternative credit to Fintech platforms, and mezzanine financing.
Ido holds a B.A., Magna Cum Laude, in Finance & Investments from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business in New York, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Jack is an Associate at Viola Credit. Jack previously interned at Viola Growth, before starting full time and moving to Israel from the UK. His role involves supporting the pre and post investment process, in addition to risk management practices.

Maya joined Viola Credit in 2024 as a product expert, bringing over a decade of experience in high-growth tech and finance.
As a Product Ops specialist, Maya bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution. She excels in translating complex business requirements into actionable product specifications, ensuring our internal and external SaaS solutions operate seamlessly and efficiently.
Maya holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Law (L.L.B) and Business Administration (B.A), along with a Master's in Economics, from Reichman University.
Michael is a Managing Director and the Head of US Investments at Viola Credit and leads Viola’s New York office. He is primarily responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across Viola Credit’s private credit strategies. Michael joined Viola in 2024 with over 13 years of structured finance, capital markets, and alternative credit investment management experience.
Michael received a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
Naman is an Investment Manager at Viola Credit London office and is primarily responsible for originating and assessing investment opportunities across Viola’s private credit strategies. Naman joined Viola Credit in 2024 with 8 years of experience in the financial services sector of which 5 years was in private credit investing.
Neha is VP Europe at Viola Credit and will setup & lead Viola’s London office. She is primarily responsible for executing and managing private debt investments and working closely with LPs across Europe.
Before Viola, Neha spent 10 years within European high growth tech companies as CFO/COO. She has led and closed multiple equity and debt transactions (Series B, venture debt, wholesale funding) including at Kriya (UK SMB lender; Fintech50) and Divido (Global BNPL technology platform; FT1000). She has deep expertise within Fintech, and has built international teams, launched new products and spearheaded game-changing commercial partnerships with tier-1 global banks like Barclays. Neha started her career at Deutsche Bank as Vice President – Rates trading in London. At DB her team of 3 traders was managed 13+ billion assets under management & she also helped launch and grow the DB exchange traded funds platform.
She holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, India and a MBA from Wharton Business School, USA. She was part of the Management Today’s 2018 35 Women Under 35 list in the UK.
Nina joined Viola Credit as VP Finance in 2021. She brings over 10 years of experience in the fields of finance, corporate management and accounting.
Omer joined Viola Credit in December 2021 as the in-house General Counsel of the fund.
Omer is responsible for all legal aspects of Viola Credit activities and investments, as well fund formation procedures, corporate governance, fundraising and all other fund-related legal issues.
After graduating from Northeastern University, Omri moved to Israel from New York City where he joined the Viola Credit Team as an Investment Analyst. Omri brings a unique blend of analytical acumen and strategic foresight to his role, informed by his strong educational foundation and practical experiences.
Omri Tuttnauer is an Investment Manager at Viola Credit’s U.S. office, primarily responsible for originating, assessing, and leading due diligence processes for investment opportunities within Viola’s Asset-Based Lending strategy. He joined Viola Credit in September 2019 and is also involved in the Marketing and Investor Relations department.
Ravid joined Viola in 2024 as a Controller. Ravid has a B.A. in Accounting and Latin-American Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
Raz architects and implements secure, resilient, and distributed cloud-native data systems at scale.
Since the age of 15, Raz has shown an innate passion towards software engineering and research. He is largely self-taught.
Raz is someone with a strong inclination towards asking questions, a commitment to learning from mistakes, and an unwavering determination to never give up.
Ruthi is the Founder & General Partner of Viola Credit, the credit arm of Viola Group. With 30 years of experience in the Israeli lending market, her expertise spans hi-tech, mezzanine, and distressed lending. Over the last decade under her leadership, Viola Credit's assets under management have grown to $2.5 billion. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Tel Aviv University.
Sapir joined Viola Credit’s Israel office in January 2026, bringing over seven years of experience in financial reporting and management, including hands-on experience in implementing financial systems and automating processes. Sapir holds a B.A. in Accountancy and Economics from Tel Aviv University, and she is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
Shahar joined Viola Credit as a Director in 2023 with 10 years of experience in research, engineering, and management.
Shahar is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing, and managing private debt investments opportunities in Israel, as well as developing connections with the VC ecosystem where she has a robust network.
Shahar holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Shaun is part of the deal flow team, specializing in sourcing and evaluating high-quality investment opportunities. He is dedicated to analyzing the deal flow pipeline and identifying global opportunities to forge valuable partnerships for Viola Credit.
Shaun also provides essential insights into market trends and the broader ecosystem, equipping the team with current market information and strategic insights to effectively navigate market dynamics.
Tal joined Viola Credit in November 2024 as a Legal Counsel within the Fund’s legal team, where she assists the Fund in all manner of legal work, including fund formation procedures, fundraising efforts, investments, corporate governance, compliance and a wide range of other legal matters related to the fund’s operations.
Yuval joined Viola Credit in October 2023 as a Loan Management Officer. Yuval manages loan operations functions and maintains the reporting processes to institutional investors.
